Since its beginning in 1996 the office has had the pleasure of representing a growing number of individually owned homes, cottages and condominiums in Ogunquit and the neighboring communities of York and Wells. The office is located in Ogunquit, beautiful place by the sea, where breathtaking scenery has been captured by artists' interpretations since before the turn-of-the-century and sidewalks and trolleys link the three-mile-sandy beach with Perkins Cove Harbor and the famous coastal footpath, Marginal Way.

Seaside Vacation Rentals has been a family run business since 1983. Maureen Regan began the business with a great deal of assistance (both moral support and volunteered hard work) on the part of her mother, Annette Regan. Annette soon joined the company on a paid basis, as did Maureen's daughter, Jennifer, and sister Margaret. Over the years Seaside has grown from Maureen's kitchen to taking over her home to a location on Main Street in York Beach, to our current offices in the Meadowbrook Plaza on Route 1 in York. We have recently purchased another condo here at the Meadowbrook to accommodate our cleaning and maintenance department which had outgrown its off-site rental location. Seaside currently offers more than 500 properties, all kinds of services; discount tickets to area attractions and restaurants, even rental villas in England, Ireland, and Italy. Besides the Regans, the Seaside family now includes many new staff members that have been "adopted" into the Regan family. During the busy season, our family grows to include 50+ cleaning crew, a maintenance department managed by L&L Home Services, and other part time office help. We care about what we do and the people we work with. Living in this beautiful area and being able to share our love of the southern Maine coast is more joy than work. We are happy to number among our friends the many people whose properties we have rented and the families who come to rent through us year after year. We are fortunate to be able to be a part of the traditions and memories that make up vacations along the Maine coast.
