	Crandall's Hardware Richard Crandall has spent a career learning the hardware business. His roots are with Emery Waterhouse where he served as the Regional Manager overseeing the operations of ten hardware stores throughout northern Maine. With all this experience, a strong sense of family (his own and his team members) the lure of owning his own business was calling and hence in 1993 Crandall's Hardware was born. Richard was born and raised in Northern Maine and prior to the hardware business he helped build I-95 and is a proud Vietnam Veteran (see East Millinocket's Veterens Memorial Park). Richard is married to Loraine Crandall and both are the proud parents of their three children Susan, Katie, & Andrew. Of course the store doesn't run itself! Crandall's Hardware has a great team that all together represents over 80 years of experience!

	Danica Design Danica Design, In 1982 Danica Design moved to the coast of Maine. We then occupied three floors of a Victorian carriage barn and expanded our line of hand-dipped tapers. In 1991, we designed a building with candle making, retailing and architecture in mind, and moved to West Rockport. We added scented jar candles, votives, scented and unscented pillar candles, and tea lights to our line.
