	MAIC Maine Aquaculture Innovation Center (MAIC) was established with support from the Maine State Legislature in 1988. The organization has a 12 person board of directors comprised of industry, government, and university representatives.In support of it's mission, MAIC promotes applied aquaculture research, assists in the formulation of policies favorable to industry growth.

	Maine Coast Maine Coast is a worldwide distributor of the finest North Atlantic seafood. We specialize in Maine lobster but our seafood offerings include clams, mussels, oysters and scallops. We source only the highest quality seafood from our local waters of the cold North Atlantic and we make every effort to support sustainable wild-caught and farm-raised fisheries.

	Maine Lobster Lobsters love the Maine coast because of its environment of cold, clean water and rocky bottom habitat ideal for lobsters.Maine lobster makes a major contribution to the state's economy. In 2006, the catch exceeded 72 million pounds and generated close to $300 million in ex-vessel or dock value. The fishery provides a livelihood for over 5,700 lobster harvesters, and supports businesses such as processors, dealers, marine outfitters, boat makers, retailers and restaurants.

	Mikes Clam Shack Mike's Fish Market and Lobster Pound is Voted best fish market in York County in "2007".Located next door to the Clam Shack, the Fish Market carries fresh local fish such as Haddock, Swordfish, Grey Sole, and other offerings from the sea. Our Scallops are dry, never been soaked, and are from the east coast. Here at the fish market, we also have locally harvested, fresh, wild Maine soft shell clams (steamers). We have Oyster and count neck clams as well.
