	Barber Foods Barber Foods was founded as a true family-owned business, attention to quality, respect for others, and care for the environment. In 1955, Gus Barber started out with one employee, a sharp butcher knife and an old truck. From a humble 1,000 square foot facility, Gus worked hard to deliver high quality boned beef to restaurants and markets in Portland, Maine.

	Brunos Restaurant & Tavern Brunoâ€™s was once Portlandâ€™s Little Italy by owner/ founder Bob Napolitano. The tiny bar was tucked into the corner of Micucciâ€™s Grocery on India Street, where Bob sold only bottled beer and steamed hot dogs. Then in 1999, the Brunoâ€™s name was resurrected in its current location at 33 Allen Avenue in Portland. In our new location, the menu, seating, building size, and staff were greatly increased.
