	The Winthrop Food Pantry We are a partner agency with the Good Shepherd Food Bank in Auburn, Maine. The food and household items we supply come from many sources; we shop regularly at the Good Shepherd Food Bank, we also buy food at local grocery stores, as needed. We receive food from The Emergency Food Assistance Program through the Maine Department of Agriculture.

	Woods End Laboratories Since 1974, scientists dedicated to the measurement and understanding of soil and plant environments â€¦ We specialize in testing soils for active carbon, measuring degradation and stabilization of organic wastes and the fate and effects of agrichemicals â€¦ Currently we offer advisory and custom testing services ranging from individual clients to Fortune 500 businesses.

	Alan Day Community Garden The suggested donation is 1 cent per smile, or roughly $5 if you are a big grinner. Just kidding, smiling is free. But the composting toilet and wheelchair ramp we are getting ready to build isnâ€™t! Please come have fun and support the community garden, so next time we host another potluck, workshop, or other big event you wonâ€™t see little kids doing the nervous â€œI have to peeâ€ dance.

	Belfast Cooperative All are welcome at the Belfast Co-op, a community owned health food store and deli/cafe located in scenic downtown Belfast, Maine since 1976. The Belfast Cooperative Store is a member-owned and controlled retail outlet for whole natural foods and other goods and provisions. We stock a huge selection of "specialty" items for a variety of dietary needs, from gluten-free items to vegan and vegetarian goods.
