	Maine School and Library Network e Maine School and Library Network is a consortium consisting of almost 1000 schools and libraries across the state of Maine through which participants acquire Internet access, local loop circuits and other related services. Services provided by MSLN are paid for using a combination of funding from the Federal E-Rate program and the Maine Telecommunications Education Access Fund (MTEAF).

	Maine State Archives The Maine State Archives, a bureau within the Department of Secretary of State, maintains approximately 95 million pages of official State records considered to be permanently valuable. These include bills introduced in the Legislature, Governor's Executive Council Reports, election returns, deeds to and from the State of Maine, maps from the Land Office, vital statistics and more.

	Maine State Employees Combined Charitable Appeal The Maine State Employee Combined Charitable Appeal is a donation service which allows State of Maine employees to make charitable contributions online. The MSECCA campaign is overseen by the Planning and Admissions Committee. MSECCA online donation service will allow Maine state employees, Finance Authority of Maine employees, and Maine Public Employees Retirement System (PERS) employees, to make a charitable donation, either through payroll deduction, by cash/check or with a credit card.
