	Rock 'n Roll Diner We opened our Diner on July 17, 2007. My husband and I worked very hard to get the place built on site. The planning and work that went into it was more than we bargained for, and took a lot longer than we thought. The opening date was changed several times due to finalizing construction along with licenses that were needed, etc.
