(1) Business Reviews for Marshall's Automotive Machine Shop
Mr. C wrote
Marshall's Automotive Machine. I purchased an engine from them, and I would like anyone considering buying an engine from them to read the following account of my continuing experience with them. When I purchased my engine from this company, they said they had my engine in stock ready to ship, but in fact did not. It took many weeks to get the engine since they had to build it. It took a long time because they kept installing the incorrect pistons for the block. (This is what they told me.) Once the engine was installed it had a vibration immediately. After 200 miles the engine failed. I found metal traces in the oil, and a loud knock developed. The engine was under warranty and Marshall's Automotive Machine had me return the engine for repair or replacement. (I had to pay for labor to pull the engine) They found the engine had a bad crankshaft (which they put in). As of May 29th, they have had the engine for four months and still have not shipped it. I have emailed and phoned them
