	Sailing Miss Nina Before we started our family, Dan and I owned and operated a Bed and Breakfast in the hills of eastern Tennessee. We had previously lived on our freedom 40 in Savannah, GA, Nausikaa, but were looking for a change. Having been very familiar with the inn business in Key West, Florida, we thought we should give it a try. We fell in love with the charm and wilderness of Roan Mountain, Tennessee, found an old farmhouse there (completely by accident!) and knew we could turn it into a viable business.

	SailMaine SailMaine is a non-profit organization formed to support sailing in Maine at the grass-roots, community level. SailMaine connects people of all ages and abilities to the coast of Maine through fun and affordable sailing education, recreation, and competition, stimulating individual growth and creating community. SailMaine also provides logistical support and resources to other Maine sailing organizations, helping to involve our people in sailing opportunities beyond our own programs.

	Sand Dollar Sailing Sail on beautiful Blue Hill Bay aboard the sailing yacht â€œADELAIDEâ€. Adelaide is a lovely, fully equipped 52-foot sail boat, with room for up to six guests. She is skippered by Captain Peter Niehoff, a Coast Guard Licensed Captain and certified American Sailing Association instructor. Together with his wife, First Mate Beth, they have over 25,000 miles of coastal and offshore experience.

	Schooner Lewis R. French The schooner Lewis R. French was launched in April 1871, in Christmas Cove. The French is inspected annually by the U.S. Coast Guard, is outfitted with modern navigation equipment such as VHF, GPS and radar, and is in top-shape.

	Schooner Timberwind After a successful career in the recording industry in Nashville, and a lifetime spent around small vessels, Capt. Bob chose to pursue a new dream sailing the coast of Maine on a traditional wooden schooner. he is commited to making your sailing vacation aboard Timberwind a safe and unforgettable adventure experience.
