	The Black Bear Cafe Your hosts John and Susan Bohill have always wanted to make their home in the Lakes Region of Maine, and after the events of 9-11-01, decided it was time to take action and move to Maine. It took a few years. John, had been in the restaurant business in Massachusetts in the 70â€™s and 80â€™s, and before that in Ireland. Susanâ€™s father had a restaurant in Miami, Florida, the Big Fish, and while she only ate the food there, was always inspired and nourished by the hospitality and fine food.

	The Bollard Bull Feeneyâ€™s can boggle the mind. Part Irish pub, part family-style restaurant, part raucous Old Port rock club, the Fore Street establishment is laid out like a Clue board: the dining room, the library, the ballroom, the lounge, the kitchenâ€¦ You half expect to see Col. Mustard and Miss Scarlet having a drink at the end of the bar â€“ planning their next murder.

	The Briar Lea Inn The Briar Lea Inn provides the charm, comfort and personal attention you would expect from a quaint little inn, while offering the amenities you might experience at a larger hotel. Our Inn is located in a 160 year old fully renovated farmhouse. Our rooms are well appointed and decorated with a casual and eclectic antique dÃ©cor, all with private baths and many additional personal touches.
