	Sea Dog Brewing Co. The original Sea Dog Brewing Co. was founded by Pete Camplin, Sr. on May 17th, 1993 in the historic shipbuilding town of Camden, Maine, starting with a 240 seat brewpub and kegging brewery overlooking the dramatic waterfall of the old Knox Woolen Mill. On March 8th, 1995, Sea Dog opened a second facility, this time a 540 seat restaurant and brewery on the banks of the historic Penobscot River in downtown Bangor.

	Sebago Brewing At Sebago Brewing Company we brew our beers from all malt. We use American grown 2-Row, caramel, chocolate, black, roasted barley and Munich malts from Briess Malting Company. Our grain silo holds 50,000 lbs. of American 2-Row Pale malt. We purchase our grain by the truckload and the bulk grain is blown into the silo from the grain truck. We use 75-80% of this grain in all of our beers.

	Shayâ€™s Shayâ€™s is the home of Portland's $5 Martini! While a few selections change seasonally, staples of the $5 martini include the homemade pineapple-infused vodka and the standard Mojito.

	Slopes Restaurant & Northern Maine Brewing Company Slopes pays tribute to the winter wonderland so enjoyed in Northern Maine. Our unique atmosphere, and our name, reflects the magic and tradition of great winter sports like cross country skiing, downhill skiing, and snowmobiling. 	Sonny's Sonny's bar and lounge inhabits the grand historic space that was the old Portland Savings Bank and more recently F.Parker Reidy's. Built after the great fire of 1866 the 83 Exchange street building is perhaps the finest example of ornate antebellum architecture in New England's most beautiful northern sea town. During renovation great care was taken to preserve the integrity of the space and the new additions of bar and booth seating were carefully designed and executed by local craftsmen.
