Joe spent nearly a Quarter Century in the US Navy retiring in 1996 as a Master Chief Petty Officer.The couple have three grown children who are all successful in their own right. Maggie, Is Currently the General Manager of Byrnes Irish Pub I in Bath. Jennifer, who resides in Boston, Works for a Publishing Company.
