Cole Farms
In the spring of 1952 trees and junipers were cleared from a rocky pasture to provide room for a 24’ x 30' building and a small parking lot. The original Cole Farms then received ten additions during the next ten years with seating for 235 and employment of over 150 local people year round. A second floor addition was completed in 1986 which provides additional seating plus a third kitchen facility.

DennyMike was born some fifty-odd years ago with the given name of Dennis Michael Sherman. The nickname DennyMike was given to him by his mother when he was a mere tadpole, which as it turned out wasn't such a good idea for a good-ole Yankee where the two name nickname wasn't as common as it is in traditional BBQ country such as the Great State of Texas.
