	Maine Root Handcrafted Beverages This all started when younger brother Matt, a boat builder and former fishing guide, was helping a friend, Bobby Morgan, build the oven at Flatbread Pizza Company in Portland, Maine. Finding the restaurant's current root beer less than palate pleasing, he brewed his own. Praises and orders flowed and soon brother Mark quit his software sales job to expand their distribution.

	Mainely Brews Restaurant Mainely Brews Restaurant and Brewhouse is the place to be for first-rate food and the finest ales in Central Maine. Our tavern-style set up and friendly staff create a warm and welcoming environment you're sure to love. Mainely Brews is Waterville's first brewhouse, currently offering six different varieties of microbrew beers.

	Maxwell's Pub The pub serves lunch and dinner, featuring fresh seafood and a pub style menu. We also serve a great selection of microbrews and your favorite bottled beer. Maxwell's is Located in Ogunquit on the southern Maine resort coast which attracts visitors from Canada and east coast cities.

	Montsweag Roadhouse We believe in serving the freshest food possible. That means we make our own chowder, onion rings, and sauces. Thatâ€™s right, no pre-packaged or bottled tartar sauce here. We make our own with fresh dill and capers. Some say itâ€™s the best theyâ€™ve ever had! And our cilantro mayo has earned quite a reputation as well. With a little drizzle of lime and a kick of jalapeno, it goes great with fresh seafood and nearly every sandwich on the menu including burgers and tater tots.

	New England Distilling. Ingenium (inÂ·gÄ“Â·neÂ·É™m) n. the engine of natural creativity that comes from observation and imagination. Ingenium is distilled from a grain mash in a direct-fired pot still in the style of 18th and 19th century gin. Pot distillation retains the flavors of the grain giving Ingenium mouthfeel reminiscent of whiskey. The botanicals are a blend of traditional and non traditional gin botanicals with a few extras that my wife and I were introduced to while traveling in Southeast Asia.
