	Cole Farms In the spring of 1952 trees and junipers were cleared from a rocky pasture to provide room for a 24â€™ x 30' building and a small parking lot. The original Cole Farms then received ten additions during the next ten years with seating for 235 and employment of over 150 local people year round. A second floor addition was completed in 1986 which provides additional seating plus a third kitchen facility.

	Cook's Lobster House Restaurant Since 1955, we have been serving lobsters fresh from the waters surrounding Bailey Island. All of our seafood and meats are of the highest quality. Our lobster, shrimp, scallops and shellfish are purchased right at our wharf to ensure supreme freshness. We are a destination for tour groups.
