	Montsweag Roadhouse We believe in serving the freshest food possible. That means we make our own chowder, onion rings, and sauces. Thatâ€™s right, no pre-packaged or bottled tartar sauce here. We make our own with fresh dill and capers. Some say itâ€™s the best theyâ€™ve ever had! And our cilantro mayo has earned quite a reputation as well. With a little drizzle of lime and a kick of jalapeno, it goes great with fresh seafood and nearly every sandwich on the menu including burgers and tater tots.

	New England Distilling. Ingenium (inÂ·gÄ“Â·neÂ·É™m) n. the engine of natural creativity that comes from observation and imagination. Ingenium is distilled from a grain mash in a direct-fired pot still in the style of 18th and 19th century gin. Pot distillation retains the flavors of the grain giving Ingenium mouthfeel reminiscent of whiskey. The botanicals are a blend of traditional and non traditional gin botanicals with a few extras that my wife and I were introduced to while traveling in Southeast Asia.

	Oak Pond Brewery Oak Pond Brewery (OPB) opened in 1996 as the first brewery in 115 years in Skowhegan,Maine. The brewhouse, a 14 barrel system from Prince Edward Island, Canada, is housed in a converted chicken barn on Oak Pond Road. In 2003, Don and Nancy Chandler of Canaan became the new owners of the microbrewery, which is now family owned and operated. At the brewery, six beers are always on tap including special seasonal brews.

	Old Vines Wine Bar and Restaurant Old Vines Wine Bar and Restaurant is located in the lower village of Kennebunk, walking distance from Dock Square in historic Kennebunkport. Old Vines is the perfect place to have a great glass of wine, specialty beer on tap or a delicious cocktail to go along with wonderful tapas style food. The renovated barn that houses Old Vines has been designed to impart a hint of sophistication in harmony with that rustic, down home friendliness associated with the Maine coast.

	Peak Organic Brewing Company Peak is a small craft brewing company dedicated to making delicious, handcrafted ales using only the finest artisanal ingredients. With roots in home brewing back in the 90s, brewer Jon Cadoux set about combining his love for beer with an ethic for sustainability. Whenever possible, he would go out and find ingredients from local organic farmers for his homebrews.
