We were recently rated by the Portland Press Herald with a satisfying 4 1/2 stars. All dishes come with appetizer and soup of the day. Stir-fry and curry come with white or brown rice. Veranda Noodle Bar, fine Vietnamese dining and full service bar are the locations.

The name Chaba is Thai for Hibiscus, a name to which Buddhist Monks ascribe good fortune and success. This flower is also a personal favorite of Lawan's. Lawan grew up in Chiang Mai. Located in the northern part of Thailand, it is the country’s second largest city. She holds a BA in international language.
