	Rising Tide Brewing Company Rising Tide Brewing Company is a family-owned craft brewery located in Portland, Maine. We specialize in artisanal, hand-crafted ales brewed in small batches in our one-barrel brewhouse. Our beers are available in 22 oz. bottles and occasionally on draft at select locations in southern Maine. Rising Tide's beers are brewed by Nathan Sanborn, a Portland native. He strives to create beers that are informed by traditional styles but with a creative, modern sensibility.

	Sea Dog Brewing Co. The original Sea Dog Brewing Co. was founded by Pete Camplin, Sr. on May 17th, 1993 in the historic shipbuilding town of Camden, Maine, starting with a 240 seat brewpub and kegging brewery overlooking the dramatic waterfall of the old Knox Woolen Mill. On March 8th, 1995, Sea Dog opened a second facility, this time a 540 seat restaurant and brewery on the banks of the historic Penobscot River in downtown Bangor.

	Sebago Brewing At Sebago Brewing Company we brew our beers from all malt. We use American grown 2-Row, caramel, chocolate, black, roasted barley and Munich malts from Briess Malting Company. Our grain silo holds 50,000 lbs. of American 2-Row Pale malt. We purchase our grain by the truckload and the bulk grain is blown into the silo from the grain truck. We use 75-80% of this grain in all of our beers.

	Shayâ€™s Shayâ€™s is the home of Portland's $5 Martini! While a few selections change seasonally, staples of the $5 martini include the homemade pineapple-infused vodka and the standard Mojito.
