	Homeless Animal Rescue Team As you may have seen on the news, HART is facing an incredible overpopulation situation. There are currently more than 100 kittens in foster care and 130 cats residing at the shelter, with more expected to come in during the next several weeks. As a no-kill shelter with limited space, we must carefully balance how many cats we can accept while at the same time providing the best environment for the cats that are already in our care.
