	Lisbon Police Department The Lisbon Police Department is pleased to announce the Lisbon VIPS Citizen Outreach Program. This is a new program offered by Lisbon PD developed in collaboration with Seniors Plus and Androscoggin Home Care & Hospice. Many jobs that require a security clearance; adoptions, teachers, and other public and private sector jobs require that a fingerprint card be submitted as part of a background check.

These associations voluntarily banded together to promote and deÂvelop a friendly cooperative effort among full time municipal law enÂforcement personnel.
