	Maine State Employees Combined Charitable Appeal The Maine State Employee Combined Charitable Appeal is a donation service which allows State of Maine employees to make charitable contributions online. The MSECCA campaign is overseen by the Planning and Admissions Committee. MSECCA online donation service will allow Maine state employees, Finance Authority of Maine employees, and Maine Public Employees Retirement System (PERS) employees, to make a charitable donation, either through payroll deduction, by cash/check or with a credit card.

	Maine State Harness Racing Commission The Maine State Harness Racing Commission was established by Title 5, Section 12004G, subsection 32. The Commission is appointed by the Governor to oversee live Harness Racing and Off-Track Betting Facilities as well as the adoption of rules that ensure integrity for participants and fans.
