	Portland Fire Museum The Portland Fire Museum, 157 Spring St, is operated by the Portland Veteran Firemen's Association (PVFA). The PFVA has as much history as the building where the museum is located. Currently the PVFA has 20 active members consisting of retired and current Portland Firefighters. The history below was written by Don Whitney, a Retired Portland Firefighter, who has written three books on Portland's Fire History.

	PORTLAND HEAD LIGHT Cape Elizabeth is the home of Portland Head Light. Situated along the spectacular shores of Fort Williams Park, at 1000 Shore Road, the popular landmark is owned and managed by the Town of Cape Elizabeth, Maine. The Museum at Portland Head Light is contained within the former Keepers' Quarters. The award winning Museum contains a number of lighthouse lenses and interpretative displays.

	Portland Museum of Art The Portland Museum of Art is the largest and oldest art museum in the state of Maine, the Museum serves as a vital cultural resource for all who visit. The Museum's collection of more than 17,000 objects is housed in three historic and remarkable buildings showcasing three centuries of art and architecture.

	Seashore Trolley Museum The Seashore Trolley Museum was founded in 1939 with one open trolley car, No. 31 from the Biddeford & Saco Railroad Company. Over the years thousands of members have followed the founding fathers by helping the Museum grow to be the premier electric railway museum in the world.

	The Patten Lumbermen's Museum The Patten Lumbermen's Museum invites you to visit our facility to learn all about Maine logging history, including the use of bateaux on waterways to transport supplies, the stories of the fearless river drivers, what life was like inside a remote logging camp, and even the role of bean hole beans.
