	Genest Richard Inc. Genest Brothers, the original company, was incorporated in 1952. Since then, and even years before, the Genest Family has been providing quality precast concrete products to its customers throughout Maine & Northern New England. 	George R. Robert Co. Our company was founded in 1962 by George R. Roberts. George was an excavating contractor who found that he needed septic tanks for his growing business. They were not always available when he needed them. At that point, he decided to make them on his own. His side business of precast tanks soon outgrew the excavating business and he began to do that work on a full-time basis.The business and specialized in residential and light-commercial concrete products.

	Haley Construction, Inc. Haley Construction Inc. is a family-owned company over 75 years old. Started in 1935 by Manley A. Haley, the company continues its emphasis on quality, community service and employee growth under the leadership of his daughters Jan Haley Carter, Merry Lee Haley Dennis and Kay Haley. Robert Haley, Manley's nephew, directs day to day operations as Vice-President and General Manager.

	Hughes Bros. Inc. The Hughes family has been in the construction business for over 80 years and five generations. In 1927, Murtaugh Hughes developed a sand and gravel mining operation along the Penobscot River in the community of Hampden, just a few miles from the greater Bangor and Brewer region. Murtaugh died unexpectedly from a heart attack while visiting Augusta for a project bid that same year.
