Thomaston Public Library
Since the Library was founded in 1898, members of the Thomaston community have served as Trustees to manage its operation. The library has about 26,000 books, movies, magazines, newspapers and children's materials available to be checked out. We have free access to 13 computers and wireless access to the internet throughout the building.

Topsham Social Library was formed in 1803. We've taken great leaps since community spirited citizens gave birth to the Topsham Public library 1941. Since then, we have been the beneficiaries of many. Today, located in our new 13,000 square foot facility at 25 Foreside Road in Topsham, the Topsham library serves the community as a place to read, to learn, and to meet for all ages and interests.

Treat Memorial Library is proud to offer a variety of materials for our patrons. Our collection Audio books, Magazines, Classics, Videos and DVDs, Maine collection. Treat Memorial Library offers a Children's Summer Reading Program. Children, as well as parents, are welcome to participate.

The Turner Public Library was founded by members of the community in 1939. It is a non-profit corporation. The library is especially dedicated to providing a range of services for children. In addition to an extensive collection of Children’s books and media, the Library provides a monthly story hour, summer reading activities, and a “Books for Babies” program.

The Vassalboro Public Library has, as well as its fine selection of books (including a large print selection); internet access(including wireless) through its three IBM compatible computers, a selection of audio and video cassettes, a Maine section of books.

The Veteran's Memorial Library is housed in the first church to be built and is the oldest public building in Patten. The church was started with the help from people of all religious faiths in 1845 and was completed in 1848. The Lumberman's Museum was started in the back room of the library in the early 60's with only a few pieces of early lumbering articles. It has now become nationally known.
