	Natural Motion Martial Arts The Philosophy at Natural Motion Martial Arts is that, the students do not fit the needs of the program; the program fits the need of the student. For this reason we have developed our own system of martial arts. We call this new style Broken Wing Kenpo â„¢. Based on a kenpo curriculum, it also incorporates aspects of many styles and nationalities of martial arts. This renders it more adaptable to each student's body type and ability.

	Patricia Neja Yoga Patricia teaches Hatha Yoga focusing on asana (poses) and pranayama (breathing) to restore and renew the whole being, with the objective of bringing inner stillness and peace to the mind. Patricia Neja offers classes at local studios in the Portland, Maine area. This fall sheâ€™ll be teaching classes at the South Portland Community Center, Wholeheart Yoga, and the Cumberland County YMCA. Additionally, Patricia offers individually-designed private instruction and private group classes.
