The Collier House lost our famous chef and owner, George Clemens, on November 3rd, 2010. We are saddened by our loss but hope to find someone for our 2011 season to provide a hearty breakfast for our guests. We know it won't be the same but rest assured your tummy won't go empty when you stay with us. Just a short note to thank you for your hospitality during our stay at your B & B

A full breakfast is served each morning and varies according to the cook’s mood. While juices, fresh brewed coffee and a variety of muffins are available for early risers and late sleepers, the full breakfast between 8:00am and 9:00am adds such entrees as walnut pancakes with orange sauce, mushroom or artichoke quiche, sour cream and chive omelets, banana bourbon french toast, crispy cinnamon waffles with Maine maple syrup.
