 | Ian Factor Ian Factor was born in Boston, Massachusetts, and began traditional training in figure drawing, painting and sculpture at the age of eight. He studied at the DeCordova Museum School in Lincoln Massachusetts, the Museum of Fine Arts School and Massachusetts College of Art in Boston. In 1999 Factor left for an extended painting residency in Italy and Spain where he “recommitted himself 100% to the fine art of realist painting.†|
|  | Jeff Badger Jeff Badger is a multimedia artist based in South Portland, Maine. He has exhibited his drawing, painting, sculpture and installation work nationally in solo and group exhibitions, and he records and performs original music in a variety of collaborative projects. Jeff holds an B.S. in Studio Art and English from Skidmore College and an M.F.A. from the Art Institute of Boston at Lesley University. |

I create personal and family tales as well as stories about the people and history of Maine. I believe that humor and sadness are good bedfellows. My audiences range from adults to elementary school children. I also conduct workshops for adults on creative storytelling, finding and telling personal and family stories, creating stories from history. |
|  | Joel Babb Joel Babb graduated in Art History from Princeton in 1969, studied with George Segal and George Ortman and spent a year in Munich and Rome before going to Boston to get an MFA from the Museum School and Tufts. There his style changed from abstraction to a contemporary realism. His cityscapes are the works for which he is best known in Boston. In 1984 he began a series of aerial views based on photos he took from a helicopter over Boston. |
|  | Johnson Hall Johnson Hall Performing Arts Center is a nonprofit organization, IRS 501 (c) (3) tax-exempt, presenting a wide range of programs in historic Johnson Hall Opera House in downtown Gardiner, Maine. Johnson Hall is a wonderful historic theater built in 1864 on Water Street in downtown Gardiner. It presented live shows, entertainment and movies until 1959, and then was mostly closed for 30 years. |
