| Three historic homes are available with complete housekeeping: East Wing of the main farmhouse, dating from 1784, has 1-3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a living room, a parlor, a fireplace, a kitchen, and a porch; The Red Schoolhouse (c. 1830) has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bath, living room, gas fireplace and deck; Lilac Cottage (c. 1800) has 2-3 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, kitchen, woodstove and sun deck. The house rates are $140 daily, $700 weekly, and $2200 monthly. 2 nights minimum July-August. The rate for a single room & private bath in the main farmhouse is $80 per night, double occupancy for 2 or more nights or $100 for a single night stay. Open all year.
