We use Oak, Apple and Almond wood when we grill fish, chops, ribs, steaks, and feature flavors from around the world. Our Bar, hands down, is the essential meeting place in Portland. At the helm for 10 years Winnie provides an atmosphere that is always welcoming and always friendly. We carefully select our wines that feature hard to find gems from California, American North Pacific, South America, Australia, New Zealand and Italy. Katahdin was named after Mount Katahdin here in Maine. The historic Appalachian Trail (better known as the A.T.) extends between Springer Mountain in Georgia and Mount Katahdin in Maine. Along the way the trail passes through 12 states.
