Then next spring we began doing moose tours, but after four short years, illnesses in our family during the 2005 season forced us to close our store and suspend tours temporarily. Sadly, Leon's dad passed away in late October, and we were giving my mom 'round the clock care. When mom was admitted to a nursing home in January 2009, we were able to resume doing the moose tours that spring.Using the van, most of our tours are "private" trips allowing a lot more freedom for individual choices and/or needs.
