Keystone functions as a property management company, employing both full time and part time staff. The company is well run, the buildings are well maintained and the occupancy rate is close to 100%.The company manages and rents a total of 2500 apartments; nine hundred (900) are located in the state of New Hampshire, two hundred and fifty (250) in the state of North Carolina and the remaining thirteen hundred and fifty (1350) units including manufactured housing lots and self storage units are located in the state of Maine. Keystone maintains a staff of fifty five (55) including administrative and maintenance staff. We do our own painting, cleaning, lawn care, snow removal, carpeting and the majority of the maintenance service. Our professional maintenance staff is on call 24 hours a day for emergencies.Keystone Management Company Inc. has established an excellent reputation in the business community. The company holds a membership with the newly formed New Hampshire Apartment Association.
