Camp Activites
Campers choose from traditional activities such as horseback riding, tennis, sailing, the creative arts for and individualized program. Aquatic and small craft activities plus outdoor living skills receive particular attention. Canoe and hiking trips are plentiful. Ages 16-18 enjoy a two-year leadership training program.
Camp Discription
Non-competitive atmosphere allows campers to build confidence. Two separate programs offer activities tailored to specific needs of age groups. Emphasis is on personal development and group cooperation. New counselors are selected with care and supplement returning staff. Staff ratio 1:3 1/2. Wyonegonic is affiliated with Winona, the oldest Brother/Sister camps in the country. Typically clientele represent 30 states and 15 foreign countries.
