Poland is a town in Androscoggin County, Maine, United States. Home to Range Ponds State Park, Poland is a historic resort area. It is included in both the Lewiston-Auburn, Maine Metropolitan Statistical Area and the Lewiston-Auburn, Maine Metropolitan New England City and Town Area.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 47.2 square miles (122.1 km2), of which, 42.3 square miles (109.6 km2) of it is land and 4.8 square miles (12.6 km2) of it (10.28%) is water. Poland is drained by the Little Androscoggin River.
