Since the introduction of Les Mills International, the people who provide us with the exercise programs BODYPUMP, BODYSTEP, BODYFLOW and BODYCOMBAT, Fitness Stylz has grown at a phenomenal rate. Our club was founded in July of 2000 and offered nothing more than a weight room and a small number of cardio bikes. (We didn't even have a treadmill!) The entire club fit into only 3,000 square feet, and our membership was holding steady at about 38 people.
